We have most of the high-quality raw materials for your food supplement in stock in our modern raw materials store, enabling quick and timely processing. What’s more, our experienced and trained employees, plus the use of high-precision technology, ensure that both our and your quality standards are met 100%.
At the highest technical level
Modern contract manufacturing requires modern pharmaceutical and technical machinery. Aakamp’s machinery, worth several million euros, comprises only new machines from renowned manufacturers. This allows us to produce your food supplements in liquid form, tablet, powder or capsule quickly and flexibly.
In addition to the modern and fully automatic Bosch GKF capsule filling machines with industrial capacities, we also have a capsule semi-automatic machine with a production capacity of roughly 10,000 capsules per hour. For extremely small batches, we also use several Feton and ProFill capsule fillers which can be used to manually fill extremely small series of 100 or 300 capsules.
We also work with modern, industry-standard tablet presses from Ima Kilian and Fette as well as with two smaller rotary tablet presses with just 10 stamps each. On these machines, individual tablet shapes can be efficiently created even in small dimensions, because fewer stamps have to be replaced for this.
