At the highest technical level<\/h2>\n

Modern contract manufacturing requires modern pharmaceutical and technical machinery. Aakamp\u2019s machinery, worth several million euros, comprises only new machines from renowned manufacturers. This allows us to produce your food supplements in\u00a0liquid form<\/a>, tablet, powder or\u00a0capsule quickly and flexibly.<\/p>\n

In addition to the modern and fully automatic Bosch\u00a0GKF capsule filling machines with industrial capacities, we also have a capsule semi-automatic machine with a production capacity of roughly 10,000\u00a0capsules per hour. For extremely small batches, we also use several Feton and ProFill capsule fillers which can be used to manually fill extremely small series of 100 or 300 capsules.<\/p>\n

We also work with modern, industry-standard tablet presses from Ima Kilian and Fette as well as with two smaller rotary tablet presses with just 10\u00a0stamps each. On these machines, individual tablet shapes can be efficiently created even in small dimensions, because fewer stamps have to be replaced for this.<\/p>\n
